The North Texas Caucus of the Black Methodists for Church Renewal (BMCR) invites you to the 2019 South Central Jurisdictional Annual Meeting! Save $20 with early-bird registration through August 31.

This critical three-day conference includes:

Our primary focus is to set a new course for the churches that have chosen to adopt a more progressive stance following the results of the Special General Conference vote earlier this year.
Your conference registration includes two meals, transportation to the off-site events Thursday and Friday evening, admission to Saturday's Spirit Brunch, and a one-year SCJ BMCR membership.

SATURDAY'S SPIRIT CELEBRATION + AWARDS BRUNCH
Invite friends, family, and church members to attend our fantastic Spirit Celebration and Awards Brunch Saturday, October 19. If you can't attend the entire conference, tickets for the Spirit Brunch are available for only $40. Better yet, get together with your congregation, social group, or Greek organization and host a table of 10 for only $400. The house will be packed, so register now for the conference (which includes admission to the Spirit Brunch) or get a ticket now for Saturday morning. Please register by Friday, October 11.

FAQs
When can I pick up my pre-registration packet? Packet pickup is from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Thursday, October 17, and 8:00 AM to Noon Friday, October 18, at the host hotel.
Is parking available? Yes. On-site parking is complimentary.
Is other transportation provided? Transportation will be provided for registered attendees who are going to:
- St. Luke "Community" UMC Thursday evening for the dinner and worship/communion service
- the State Fair of Texas Friday evening
Attendees are responsible for all other arrangements.
Is airport shuttle service available at Dallas Love Field? Yes, complimentary service is provided from 5:00 AM to 10:30 PM (based on availability). Call 214.630.8500 when you arrive at Love Field. For your return flight, please make shuttle arrangements with the front desk the night before you depart. Please note that shuttle service is not available to/from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.
Who qualifies for the "young adult" registration rate? Anyone aged 18 to 35.
Can I register at the conference? Yes, but you'll miss out on the early-bird pricing (a $20 savings) and the chance to win a ticket to the State Fair of Texas.
