It is with deep sadness that we inform you that our brother, Rev. Dr. Thomas P. Grissom, Jr., died on Wednesday, April 8, 2020.
 
Tom served in the North Georgia & New York Conferences before transferring to the California-Nevada in 1965.  He served among us at Taylor Memorial UMC in Oakland, as District Superintendent of the San Jose District and at First UMC, Sacramento. In 1980, Rev. Dr. Grissom then returned to New York where he served churches in Manhattan and Brooklyn until his retirement in 1998. Read more...
